To apply for TeleMutuo service you must meet the following requisites:

• 1. You must use the loan to purchase or enhance a property located in Italian territory.



• 2. The loan must not exceed 80% of the estimated commercial value of the property.



• 3. You must have a steady, sufficiently high income to pay off the loan instalments.



• 4. Your current bank must issue a declaration stating that it has been charged with permanently transferring in the Italian current account an amount of money as high as the monthly instalment, and that the bank sees no objections to that.
